Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable Skiver (Foam) operators to join our production team. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skiving equipment to cut and shape foam materials
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Inspect foam for quality and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Support production schedules and deadlines
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in foam cutting, skiving, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
