NC Machinist (Foam)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: Based on experience
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled NC Machinist (Foam) to operate CNC machinery for foam production. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor NC/CNC machinery for foam cutting and shaping
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain equipment and follow routine maintenance procedures
• Ensure safety protocols and production standards are met
• Support production schedules and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous NC/CNC machining experience required, preferably in foam or similar materials
• Ability to work a 6:00 AM start shift
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and process issues
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
