This role is ideal for brokers with an established book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to consistently move freight profitably. Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand your existing book of business with shippers and carriers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within your networks
Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily
Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates
Grow and maintain a dependable carrier base
Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and communication logs
Quickly resolve transit issues to maintain service quality
Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed monthly sales and margin targets
Requirements / Qualifications
2+ years of proven Freight Broker experience with an active book of business
Track record of generating $6K–$10K+ net revenue per week
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and profitability
