Job Description:
- Answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls accordingly internally.
- Book meetings with customers who want to schedule in-person appointments to discuss services.
- Quote follow up, quote management and closing rate tracking.
- Assist with collections department as needed.
- Handling all in-bound calls and answering any customer questions, concerns, inquiries about warranty, etc. to the best of your ability.
- Assisting with follow up calls with customers to discuss satisfaction of services provided, etc.
