Key responsibilities:
1. Quote Generation - Collaborate with our proposal development manager to create quotes that will surpass customer expectation.
2. Project Management - Participate in customer project launch meetings and clearly communicate project updates to our customer regularly.
3. Project Management - Act as the voice of customer and guide our engineering, project management and logistics team to successfully deliver the projects on-time.
4. Business Development – Collaborate with our sales team to develop opportunity funnel and sales growth.
5. Customer Satisfaction - Escalate and resolve key customer issues by driving accountability with our quality and operation teams.
6. Customer Communication - Be the single point contact for our customer and drive customer satisfaction.
