Position Overview:
As a 1099 Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business clients for Linked, LLC. We need self-starters with a go-getter mentality who are driven to exceed targets. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, make cold calls, and network to build relationships with potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to present Linked, LLC's staffing and recruiting services.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Work closely with our recruitment team to align sales efforts with available resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience and success in the Staffing Industry

Compensation:
