Someone with strong root cause/trouble shooting capabilities
Industrial automation and/or automotive experience is highly preferred
Ability to design from scratch as needed
Ability to assist with customer resolutions/customer service calls
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer while onsite to give updates
Commission equipment on manufacturing floor and follow equipment to the customer’s facility which includes start up, debug, and assist in customer buy-off of equipment support system launch at customer facility
Answer product related technical questions from the customer.
Ability to train customers and their authorized personnel on machine functionality
Write detailed work orders
Work with Service Managers and Project Managers to assure proper flow of daily activities at customer facility
