DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service
Answering customer questions & concerns in an effective manner.
Making changes & updating policies as needed
Possess knowledge of insurance industry changes and trends
Networking with clients to build & maintain relationships
Maintain and develop product knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
Comply with Agency Procedures & Adhere to agency service standards and timelines.
Utilize agency technology and software applications including agency management systems (TAM), document management systems and workflows
Re-market existing accounts
Back-up New Business when needed
Collaborate with producers and other team members to address client service needs.
Adhere to the commercial lines guidelines and processes
Assist in the preparation of summary, proposal and other documents
Review policies and other documents for quality assurance in accordance with agency procedures.
Identify and covey account rounding and cross sell opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Michigan Property & Casualty License
CISR and/or CIC certified
Time management skills
Critical thinking skills
