Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accounting and clerical support to Managers
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Reconcile credit card statements & bank reconciliations.
- Enter journal entries prepared by accounting staff
- Enter basic vendor A/P bills
- Email remittance detail to vendors for online bill payments
- Administrative experience
- Follow up with employees and candidates
- Enter Job Orders in system
- Contact and screen candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel, MS Office
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and/or Desktop
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Detailed, Accurate, and Timely
- Dependable with good work ethics.
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Utilizes Organized Systems for Efficiency, Compliance, and Effectiveness
- 2 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping or banking
- Maintains Effective Working Relationships with Other Employees
- Maintains Confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Great work ethic and professional
