Business Development Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales or recruiting experience desired, but not required.
- Strong result orientation and comfort level in working in a high performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
- Ability to adapt to change and properly handle adversity in a dynamic, growing start-up.
- Must be organized, self-directed and proactive.
- Technical acumen.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or technical staffing is an asset.
