Administrative Support

Clinton Township, MI
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with shipping and receiving department (printing invoices, packing slips, etc.)
  • Ordering materials for the front office and manufacturing plant
  • Keeping track of and logging RFQ's (requests for quotes)
  • Contacting former clients and maintaining relationships with current customers
  • Answering phones and directing calls as needed
  • Answering company emails
  • Coordinating meetings, shipments, etc. 
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office experience 
  • Experience in a shipping/receiving role is highly favorable
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Can work independently and as a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to problem solve
