Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain quotes from vendors and purchase all necessary materials for current and upcoming jobs
  • Analyze and process bill of materials
  • Maintain and follow-up with current vendors on outstanding orders
  • Maintain levels of inventory
  • Work with maintenance and plant management departments when necessary on vendors and repair purchases updates
  • Work with the program manager on productivity projects and other projects when requested
  • Assist in maintaining current job folders including in process photos
  • Ability to manage company website and social media presence
 
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable purchasing materials
  • Must be comfortable interacting with vendor and conducting vendor relations
  • Knowledge and ability of spreadsheets and work papers
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
  • Computer savvy is a plus
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, quoting, invoicing, and job costing
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
 
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
