- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate and assist with projects, including preparing documents and reports
- Type and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus
