Project Manager – Metro Detroit, MI
Utilities Experience Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution

  • Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

  • Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards

  • Mentor and support project team members, including coordinators and field staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business

  • 5+ years of project management experience in utilities

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:
